Adeaca provides a comprehensive solution to successfully bring together the core elements of any project-based business. Adeaca is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional to exponentially increase our outbound sales program. The job will focus on the generation of new business opportunities with large enterprise companies in the US and Europe. The successful candidate will possess a hunter mentality with determination, natural networking skills, and the ability to uncover opportunities through curiosity and persistence. In this crucial role, you will identify potential prospects then cultivate strong relationships with potential customers to help drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales to enterprise level targets. As a tenacious extrovert, you excel at cold calling, social messaging, research, networking and driving the sale. Location: Remote Travel: 0-30% Salary: Base plus Commission and Goal-Based Bonus Structure Position Type: Full Time Employee, Monday – Friday business hours Responsibilities
Lead generation outreach campaigns including cold calling and emailing to qualify leads and identify decision makers
Successfully navigate organizations to establish contact with potential stakeholders and decision makers
Convert leads from outreach campaigns and inbound warm leads into sales opportunities
Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers
Develop opportunities for new sales through referrals
Sales pipeline development
Utilize product knowledge to showcase PBA solutions to potential customers
Employ a CRM for prospect tracking
Attend relevant industry events to advance company reputation and awareness
Build brand awareness and recognition through various mediums
Conduct high level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Experience Requirements
7 years of B2B SaaS Outbound Sales/Sales Development experience
Experience in project-oriented industries
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Documented lead gen, cold call, and conversion rates
Experience with a CRM
Networking aptitude and an active, large network to draw from
Active listening skills coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
Ability to set and routinely exceed sales goals
Proactively persistent with a natural curiosity for more information
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and successfully overcome adversity
