RN: $37/hr 
SIGN ON BONUS!
Tuesday-Thursday: 11am-7pm 
Friday: 9am-5pm 
Saturday: 7a-3p
CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAYS!

Requirements:

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in Oregon.

Duties:

• Ensure accuracy of intake forms
• Vitals
• Greeting patients
• Explain after care instructions.
