**Our ideal** **Payroll Operations Specialist** **job duties:**

The Payroll Operations and Employee Service Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of employee payroll tasks in partnership with the Managed Services Provider.

Processing and analyzing reports according to established schedules and maintaining all data required for legal, tax, or audit purposes according to established department processes.

Responsibilities also include handling service inquiries from employees, managers, and business-unit stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues

**Experience and Skills for a** **Payroll Operations Specialist**

Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end Payroll Processing Cycle (Input, Process, Output).

Ability to research, understand and apply intermediate federal, state and local regulations to payroll, labor, and employment.

Flawless attention to detail and exceptional data entry

Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency.

**Education/Certification Requirements for a** **Payroll Operations Specialist :**

Associate degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.

4-6 years of multi-state payroll processing experience (5,000 EEs)

Experience processing payroll on ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce, or SAP, preferred

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the APA, is preferred.

**Pay Details:** $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
