We're looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this remote position, you'll leverage your communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth account operations.

• Communication Master : You'll be the friendly voice for our customers, confidently resolving inquiries and concerns over the phone and email.
• Accountable & Organized : You have a keen eye for detail and can meticulously manage account records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Process Optimizer : Your sharp mind is a valuable asset! You'll contribute to team projects, analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required :

• Credit & Collections experience : You understand the credit process and can navigate collections with a professional touch.
• Educational Background : An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus.

Pay Details : $19.50 per hour
