Responsibilities for Accountant include but are not limited to:

• Process payables: obtain approvals, code, key in system, check calculations, print checks, maintain vendor ACH information, and process ACH payments.
• Verify and process employee expense reports.
• Handle payment-related calls from dealers and vendors.
• Invoice shipped products, verify serial numbers, selling prices, discounts, approvals, and reconcile invoice register.
• Assist with account maintenance, reconciliations, bank deposits, and wire transfers.
• Calculate and key journal entries, assist with month-end close activities and reporting.
• Process credit memos, warranty claims, rebates, CO-OP payments, and credit/rebills.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on shared duties (invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable).
• Complete special projects assigned by Management.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Accountant

• Accounting Degree or experience equal to, Experience in general ledger & basic accounting functions (payables & receivables) preferred.
• Proficient computer and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, handling a wide range of responsibilities.
• Work well with others.
• Ability to handle sensitive information.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
