Adecco is looking for a Brake Press Operator to fill a position in Mayville, WI. Perform production work on various press brakes, loading and unloading parts, and conducting basic inspections to ensure part quality.

Location : Mayville, WI

Work Hours : 2nd Shift : Monday-Thursday, 2 : 30 PM - 1 AM, with mandatory overtime extending work hours up to 10 hours and every other Saturday as needed. Training on 1st shift

Pay Rate : $22.37 per hour

Assignment Type : Direct Hire

Incentive Bonus : New Hire Incentive Bonus totaling $1000, paid in three installments : $200 after 3 months, $400 after 6 months, and $400 after 12 months, provided no disciplinary actions occur within each period.

Essential Functions :

Ensure the quality of produced parts.

Adhere to all machine operation and guarding rules.

Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.

Qualifications :

2-5 years of brake experience required, with the ability to operate brake presses and produce quality parts.

Physically capable of frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30 lbs.

Adequate reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.

Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts.

Manual dexterity to properly operate equipment.

Calipers (8 inch minimum, Dial or Digital)

Scriber

Ball Peen Hammer

15 / 16-inch Combination Wrench (Punch Press only)

Protractor (Press Brake only)

Large Screwdriver (Press Brake only)

Tool Box for the above tools

Special Requirements :

Safety shoes and glasses required at the time of the interview.

Must be physically able to perform tasks requiring standing for long hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Pay Details : $22.37 per hour
