This role offers competitive compensation ( $18.71/hour ) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 6-month contract period is completed.
The Operations Specialist role will entail the review and manual repair of USD Wire Transfers, analyzing and resolving problems in the Global Payment Operations department, and generating reports while adhering to strict processes and procedures.
Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Training Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 6-10 weeks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Prior Accounting, Finance Industry, or Wire experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Description:

• Review and manually repair USD wire transfers, ensuring strict adherence to company processes and procedures.
• Analyze, research, and resolve various problems within the Global Payment Operations department.
• Administer defined procedures, analyze data, generate reports, and process exceptions.
• Coordinate the implementation of operational solutions in a non-call based environment.
• Assist in documenting, implementing, and monitoring new processes.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on procedural, technical, and operational changes.

Pay Details: $18.71 per hour
