Job Summary

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You'll work alongside experienced analysts and stakeholders to understand current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate those needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities:

● Gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observation sessions (focusing on planning functionalities).

● Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.

● Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and other technical documentation tailored to planning software features.

● Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions

● Conduct research and prepare presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis

● Support senior BAs with ongoing projects and tasks.

● Participate in planning software testing processes to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Retail Point of Sale experience Required
• Citrix Systems Experience Required
• Manage Point of Sale Data Wholesale and Retail
• RPAS - Retail Predictive Application Server for Wholesale and Retail
• Net Position Application - Citrix app - Admin: Net Position is used by the production planning teams in wholesale. Other Planning teams, sales and DTC team members can access as well. You have the ability to see all inbound PO’s and IT’s, Open sales Orders, and shipments or transfers, any inventory adjustments, receipts into the WH, future forecasts and recommended buys for the future based on lead time.

● Familiarity with business analysis methodologies (a plus)

● This is an in-office role , based in Doral, Florida
