My Brooklyn based client is seeking an entry level Product and Sales Analyst to work with the Finance, Product Development and Sales Departments. This role will be administrative and data entry heavy, working behind the scenes to support teams on a full time basis. This role will be onsite Mon-Thurs and remote Fri.

As a product development Analyst this role will be responsible for the following:

• Review product data (production notes) to determine data needs to be input to create and update new item records in the organization’s ERP (NetSuite) System.
• Creating reports to provide information to be used in tracking product category metrics as well as sample trackers.
• Create reports used in assisting the Sales team in determining sales trends and customer performance
• Implement data analysis and visualization tools to provide information to drive business decisions.
• Updating approval sample reports and charts
• Creating other ad hoc reports as required

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Business or similar field of study.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus have but not essential.
• Attention to detail and are incredibly organized.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and react quickly to changing demands of a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to expand knowledge and skills to develop the potential for advancement.
