Adelante Behavioral health is a family oriented agency that provides in- home behavioral services and consultation services to children and adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities, along with parent training for the families of these individuals. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

managing and coordinating projects and ensuring that all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, an ability to think strategically and analytically, and a passion for problem-solving. Responsibilities:

• Implement program plans and objectives.
• Monitor case performance and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide guidance and support to program staff.
• Report to Office Manager
• Manage a case load (scheduling, documentation, arrangements) (all non-clinical aspects of the cases)
• Keep track of cancellations/therapy hours for cases
• Take parent phone calls (non-clinical)
• Ensure therapy notes are documented by therapist.· Schedule assessments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
