• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7a-530p
- Preferred Schedule: (4) 10-hour shift; day off on Wed or Thurs
• Call Schedule:
- Weeknight: 5p-7a
- Weekend: 7a-7a
- 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per month
• Patient Volume: 15-18
• Patient Demographics: 65 yrs old
• Physician in Group: 1
• Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Front office Assistant, RN
• Required Procedures: Wound care, Ear lavages, Sutures, Cryotherapy
• Duties/Responsibilities:
- Acute care, Hospital and ER
- Annual Wellness Exams, Follow Up Visits
- Surgical Clearances
- Triage calls and after hours with nurses.
• Other Info:
- Provider will be taking in call but never called back in.
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC in IM or FM
• DEA
• Clean Record
