Seeking a CRNA to work at a facility in Jefferson City, MO. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience & expertise in administering anesthesia to patients undergoing various medical procedures, & demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to safety protocols & best practices in anesthesia administration.

Requirements:

• BC

• Active MO license.

• BLS, ACLS

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the directing & coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department.

• Provide administration of general, regional, local & MAC anesthesia to a variety of patients.

• Conduct pre-operative assessments & case reviews.

• Conduct OR preparation, documentation, charting, & post-operative monitoring.

• Start IVs, place NG/OG tubes, & conduct emergency airway management when requested.

• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition.

• Work directly with & mentor nurse anesthetist students along with other professionals working, training, & observing with the Anesthesiology Dept.

• May participate in research studies & clinical trials as directed by the primary investigators when opportunity arises.

• Provide services consistent with the CRNA's training & credentials.

• Will work under the supervision of the Chief Nurse Anesthetist and be medically directed by an anesthesiologist in the provision of patient care.

• Any other duties as assigned.
