The Director of Rehabilitation Services has direct responsibility and accountability for the operations of rehabilitation services, as well as the coordination of the safe, efficient delivery of those services, which include, but are not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, industrial rehabilitation, and athletic training. Collaborates and participates in the development and offering of wellness services. The Director will provide goal oriented leadership that promotes employee development and will have access to confidential, organizational information and health system funds. The Director will make decisions independently or in collaboration with others. This position ensures compliance with all regulatory/ accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and hold department to a high standard of quality care.
