Drive Adena's digital content strategy leading to the creation of compelling website experiences that attract, inspire, and engage. Work with website development partners on planning, optimizing, and improving the design, functionality, and security of external and internal websites. Under the direction of the Director of Digital Strategy, the coordinator oversees the development, communication, and implementation of web projects, policies, and procedures, and partners with digital, marketing, and communications colleagues on campaigns and strategies targeting external and internal audiences. The coordinator works to ensure the website is SEO optimized, is effectively tagged to measure campaign goals (conversions, awareness, etc.) and works with internal and external resources on the design and cadence of reporting to audit website performance. Manages the relationship and work of external vendors. This position is hybrid with limited time required onsite monthly.

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree 

Major/Area of Concentration: Marketing or related field

Required Experience: 3-5 years experience in website strategic development and execution, optimization, data analytics, and web content management.
