RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end process of Tableau dashboard development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Data Analytics: Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure the accurate collection, processing, and analysis of data to be visualized in Tableau dashboards
- Dashboard Development: Oversee the design and development of interactive Tableau dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support business decisions
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards, and that dashboards meet high-quality standards for accuracy and reliability
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Training & Support: Facilitate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Tableau dashboards across the organization
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in data analytics and dashboarding
- Proven experience working with Tableau in a professional setting, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aerospace, etc.) is highly desirable
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and dashboard design principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and possibly other BI tools
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science) is preferred
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
