Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and drive sales. Your keen eye for design and understanding of consumer behavior will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field for a minimum of 1 year
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to illustrate concepts and ideas effectively
- Understanding of visual design principles and trends

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Lead

• Knows the store goals and the individual goals and actively works to meet or exceed them, using all resources available in the store
• Meets or exceeds customer expectations and drives up sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the customer mission statement
• Builds an emotional bond with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand
• Actively incorporates basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products into the service approach in his/her store area
• Maintains an engaging, pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping, paying attention to visual merchandising and order and cleanliness
• Adheres to the rules and procedures (SOM regulations) that apply to the store and maintains a safe shopping and working atmosphere
• Ensures that the range of goods is available to the customer by helping when goods have been delivered and the sales area needs to be replenished
• Closes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to the guidelines for safeguarding the cash balance
• Minimizes losses by always paying attention to inventory when serving customers
• Onboard new employees
• Works productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed the store's goals
• Signals an ongoing willingness to learn and uses all opportunities offered to advance his/her development and improve his/her performance
• Endless Aisle - Informs customers about the new order/sale opportunity in the online shop and uses the Endless Aisle Tablet to offer product descriptions and/or customer feedback about products during the sales process
• Click & Collect - Monitors and keeps track of new online orders ordered by online customers that need to be reserved, packed and issued to the customer in the store

Visual Merchandiser

• Ensure that stores comply with UNITED STATES adidas standards and guidelines, providing a branded shopping experience for all consumers.
• Ensure that all storefronts are presented in a first-class manner, including mannequin outfit and positioning, lighting, cleanliness, vaporization, and pricing.
• Responsible for setting up clearly separated 'shop-in-shops' to highlight the category-specific presentation.
• Ensure the correct use and positioning of in-store communication tools.
• Dressing the dolls correctly and placing props in the store.
• Application and maintenance of the Brand Retail and VM standards as well as the implementation of regular meetings. Training on these topics for the relevant store team.
• Regular reporting on the stores, including monthly entry into the VM Compliance Tool including taking photos and uploading them to the system.
• Planning and implementation of marketing measures, campaigns and activations.
• Input any necessary orders for the Instore Communication Tools (ISC) for the respective store
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Create eye-catching displays that showcase products in an enticing manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging
• Maintain visual standards by regularly refreshing displays and signage
• Manage inventory control and ensure products are displayed in an organized manner
• Work with layout design to optimize store space and traffic flow
