Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Key role responsible for implementing, supporting price in partnership with Sales, Regions, Commercial, and SAP fulfillment teams. Role reports to the Services Business Processes and Pricing leader.

• Ensure SAP master data quality on contractual annual price escalation

• Prepare escalation communications for Sales and external customers

• Maintain index library for use in various contract terms for expedient annual price escalation

• Partner with customer care and field service excellence teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in delivering escalations across LTSA, EGS , and Bridge and IX proposals

• Partner with Asset Care Sales and Product Management and provide pricing documentation and SAP master data related to pricing

Qualifications:

• University degree/certificate for Engineering, Science, or similar technical field and at least 2 years’ work experience.

• Able to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated resilience and tenacity attributes.

• Able to multitask, provide direction and address issues

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and influencing skills

• Experience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment.

• IT skills with MS Office, GSuite, SAP and ability to learn other software applications
