Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues - Repair equipment and machinery as needed - Respond promptly to maintenance requests - Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities - Ensure compliance with safety regulations Requirements: - Proficiency in electrical work and troubleshooting - Ability to read and interpret schematics - Experience with welding techniques - Strong customer service skills - Leadership qualities for supervisory tasks - Knowledge of logic controllers and Ohmmeter usage - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Experience in residential painting is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintenance work, we encourage you to apply for this position.
