With locations around the Dayton area, we are just the place for you!Schedule8 am to 5 pmAm client 8-12Lunch 12-1230 drive time 1230-1Pm client 1-5pmQualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.High School Diploma RequiredPrevious experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism preferredExperience Working With Physically Aggressive Children Or Adults PreferredCertification in the use of standardized physical management strategiesWhat does the position look like?Individualized 1:1 play-based ABA therapy aligning with the client's individualized treatment planDirect supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a student Trainer with small caseloadsFunction as an active participant in the client's treatment team through collaboration with clinical staff and familyTeaching life skills (dressing, bathing, cooking, etc), appropriate social and play skills with peers, expanding food choices and preferences, communication, and target behavior reductionLeading group social activities to meet goals of multiple clientsMaintenance of client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA lawsData collection and billing electronicallyParticipation during Speech and Occupational therapiesPERKS AT WORK:Team Members enjoy a variety of perks in working with the NewVista brands of companies.
