Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Part-Time Facilities Manager to join our team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role involves a variety of tasks, including lawn care, snow removal, preventative maintenance, and miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse and office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance of the lawn, including mowing, pulling weeds, and general landscaping duties.
• Perform snow plowing and salting as needed during winter months to ensure safe access to the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for the building, including inspecting for any issues and addressing them promptly.
• Maintain facilities by replacing light bulbs, cleaning filters, and addressing any other maintenance needs.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse, such as organizing inventory or assisting with cleaning.
• Occasionally deliver or drive parts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours. Approximately 10-20 hours per week.
