Educational Requirements/ QualificationsHigh School graduate: Associate degree, bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Business/office technology experience required including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Must have excellent oral/written communication skills. Must be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Two years related administrative assistant experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform multiple concurrent assignments accurately and within tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills with a strong customer focus; high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Requires accurate filing of all records and attention to detail to ensure checklists are followed for compliance.
