```Job Summary```
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. You will utilize your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. This is a commission base job we do not pay hourly.
```Duties```
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or products
