Responsibilities:

- Change management to support Finance Transformation projects.
- Develop and Execute Change Management Plans: Change Management Analysts create and oversee change management plans. These plans outline how changes will be communicated, implemented, and monitored.
- Stakeholder Communication: They communicate with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives, to ensure everyone is informed about the changes and their impact.
- Impact Assessment: Change Management Analysts assess the impact of changes on various aspects, such as processes, technology, and job roles. They identify potential challenges and risks.
- Risk Mitigation: They develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with the changes and support stakeholders through the transition.
- Monitoring and Feedback: Change Management Analysts monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide feedback to stakeholders. add establishing release announcements and preparing training materials and ensuring training on new systems are completed successfully.
- Prosci or a Change Management Certification.
- Strong communication skill, able to communicate at a C-level, partner with the Project manager.
- Understands the financial impact and transitions, like cost to procure, the impact at any given point in the project etc.
- Strong Communication
