Title: Communications Program Manager
Duration: 6 months with good chances of extension
Location: Redmond, WA (hybrid, 1-2 days per week)
Typical Day in the Role:
• This position is meant to extend the Chief of Staff and provide ROB, program and communications support. Needs to be located in Puget Sound and able to come into office during critical periods
Key projects:
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm -
• Help create, drive and support cross-org people projects and initiatives.
• Create and manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including business reviews, technical reviews, annual planning, leadership staff meetings, cross-organizational business reporting, etc. to help the business and technology development run smoothly and effectively.
• Drive operational Excellence across the organization, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that improve team efficiency.
• Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely, high quality and consistent completion of business operation activities across the org to achieve overall business and cultural priorities.
• Develop high impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
• Develop and manage organizational assets including Walking decks, Org. Polices & Procedures, Team web sites, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
• Lead and execute organization wide strategic initiatives and change management projects.
• Drive Employee Engagement efforts including but not limited to Recognition, Awards and Feedback programs/surveys
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
1. 5-8 Years of Experience with strong writing, event experience and End to End project management experience
2. Must have experience using (SharePoint, Viva Engage, v-teams)
3. Strong experience with Communication roles in the past roles
