Summary:
This person will be working with the Small Wheel Loader engineering team to provide support in several key areas.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering and tracking parts for machine builds, tracking build issues - driving them to resolution
• Organizing and tracking rework machine items and schedules.
• This person's organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical to keep product development on schedule.
• Working with engineers to order parts and track their arrival (Excel).
• Host a weekly meeting to discuss and schedule upcoming reworks.
• Host a semi-regular meeting to track and resolve build issues (Power BI).
• Work with engineers on other support items they need. Interface with local suppliers to procure prototype components.

Skills:

• Data Management (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to learn new software packages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize as well as good time management skills

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree (will consider bachelor's with less experience)
• 5-7 years of related work experience

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
