Title: Product Service Engineer

Location: Mossville, IL

Duration: 24 months Contract with Possible extension

Typical task breakdown:

- This role typically covers NPI projects and field issues on a daily basis. Managing both at the same time. Working to understand the NPI projects then working on deliverables.

Interaction with team:

- Daily interaction with other service engineers, but also software, hardware, systems, validation, site coms engineers.

Education & Experience Required:

- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.

- 2 yrs. of in field heavy equipment support

- 2 yrs. of on machine technology

Technical Skills

(Required)

- Heavy Equipment Electrical and CAN Troubleshooting

- Knowledge of computer software and operating systems, such as Windows, Ubuntu, Command Line and Terminal

- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint, etc.)

(Desired)

- Network, IT, or A/V support/Troubleshooting

Compensation

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $32- $35/hr (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
