Aditi Consulting is Hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator Near Camden, NJ
- Design, develop, pilot, and deliver learning programs for staff and management
- Diverse delivery methods include instructor led training, e-learning, blended programs, webinars and individual interventions.
- Coordinate schedule of classes, webinars, etc. including facilities assignment.
- Work with Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) and Instructional Designers on new courses and exam development.
- Work with leadership to identify training needs and to ensure course content, training methodologies and training materials meet those needs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing courses.
- Generate reporting of and ensure compliance on core curriculum.
- Identify needs for training including leadership and professional development.
