Job Description:

• The main function of a logistics planning analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
• A typical planning analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Job Responsibility:

• Serves organization functioning as order fulfillment specialist, placing machine and/or engine product orders in business order uptake system, SAP.
• Submits invoicing, subcontractor agreements to dealers, supports sales organization through sales execution activities.

Typical task breakdown:

• Placing machine or engine orders on factories, managing order portfolios for several contract programs.

Technical Skills

• Excellent writing, speaking, and listening skills, computer workstation and software proficiency.
• Knowledge of government invoicing, logistics systems and FARs/DFARSs, SAP, OneSource, Blue Yonder system familiarity favorable.

Soft Skills:

• Customer focused, functions well in a fast-paced team environment, knowledgeable of construction, building, power systems, engines a plus.
