Title:: Marketing Manager//Project Manager

Location is Plano TX office hybrid 4 days onsite(M-T) and Friday is remote

Duration: This is initially a 12 months contract with high possibilities for extension – we have a headcount of 100 consultants currently working and over 95% of the contracts extend. As there is no tenure limit at the client, there is also a possibility of that the position could get converted to full time.

Marketing Manager

Schedule: Hybrid (M – TH in office, F WFH)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking development and execution of prepaid and postpaid retail boxes, carrier specific retail boxes, inbox collateral, localization, print production, and sample approval.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments and projects. Read and interpret marketing documents, review design files (PSD/Photoshop files), dielines, colors, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
• Responsible for creating and managing the overall project tracker for the PM Packaging team.
• The position will require a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, project management, and organizational influence.
• This role will partner with team members and cross functional teams to manage mid and long term strategic project packaging roadmaps, tasks, report on plans and schedules, drive escalation and address resolution of issues, and manage mitigation plans for project risks.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
• Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.

Skills:

• Prior experience in product marketing, print production, product management or project management is required.
• Highly effective level of collateral project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams, manage agencies tasks, and basic knowledge of printing and production.
• Great follow-up skills – looking for a MOTIVATED, ENGAGED, AND SELF-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL that is highly organized, thinks creatively, and can drive their own processes.
• Able to establish effective working relationships with all aspects of SEA, HQ, MPC Teams, and Carrier teams.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in both oral and written communication for internal and external personnel at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to analyze, interpret, present, and explain mobile product and development materials.

Education/Experience:

- BA/BS in marketing, project management, communications or related field; or equivalent experience required;

- 5-7 years of professional experience in print marketing, project management, marketing, or product management in cross functional environment
