Summary:The main function of a marketing analyst/coordinator is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing analyst/coordinator is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
- Direct trained survey interviewers
- Manage our Ascend Portal vendor solution (Impartner) to ensure high quality support and commitment to business requirements and SLAs
- Provide daily administrative support: Review User Registration, Portal Product Branding, Training & Certification, SPA/Deal Registration Submissions, Collateral/Content Access, PRM inquiry mailbox
- Felicitate ongoing partner communications and materials to drive partner and sales rep registrations and active user engagement
- Develop reporting dashboards for executive management and sales teams
- Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop robust marketing content to be published in the portal
- Assist with engagement of critical marketing functionality in the portal to increase engagement and ensure ongoing scale/reach
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
- 5-7 years related experience required
- Prior Experience managing a PRM (Partner Relationship Management) software solution
- Prior Experience withing the B2B IT Channel is preferred
- Prior Experience In Developing HTML content.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
