Responsibilities:

- Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.
- Interfaces with internal and external Engineering, Operations and Network Planning organizations to serve and support proper designs needed to simplify and modernize the legacy network.
- Tracks status of Engineering and Operations initiatives to ensure progress is being made to achieve network deployment and upgrade project objectives across multiple geographical markets.
- Manages database information to provide project updates, analyzing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Provides forecasted timelines as projects progress and accurately tracks project completion.
- Shares weekly/monthly project progress with leaders and other stakeholders using dashboards and reports.
- Hosts and facilitates multiple project team meetings on a recurring basis.
- Ensures compliance with all Client's Wireless standards and practices.
- Effectively manages vendors, internal teams, and resources.
- Works with a team to make sure projects progress with a sense of urgency.
- Communicates and manages project risks and issues.
- Operates as a team leader and strategic influencer.
- Communicates effectively at all levels.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in project management, vendor management, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience demonstrating ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating proficient use of computers, including experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office software, as well as experience with relational and web-based database applications.
- Minimum 3 years work experience effectively managing and orchestrating the efforts of geographically distributed teams.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the communications industry.
- Knowledge of transport networks at layers 1, 2, and 3; ROADM and Metro Ethernet knowledge a plus.
- Experience implementing mission critical infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Slack, Tableau or Salesforce applications.
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
- Even better with a PMP certification or knowledge of Project Management standards
