Aditi Consulting is Hiring a Project Manager - II Near Miami, FL
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
- Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
- Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
- Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
- Software development - required experience with SDLC and software delivery framework
- Project Delivery - requiere proven experience working on high visibility projects with tight timelines.
- Leadership - required experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Must have experience using JIRA/Confluence
- Change Management Experience desired
- Communication and Reporting to leadership desired
- Bachelor's degree on computer science preferred
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- 3-5 years
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
