Daily responsibilities:

- The employee will have an assigned project with an internal client.
- The employee will work closely with this client to develop functional change strategies and to systematically apply change management to the life cycle of the organizational change.
- The employee will work closely with Client's Change Management Team to for training, on-boarding, and alignment of processes.
- College degree required, Bachelors preferred. 5 years of work experience is required.
- Change Management certification is ideal, but not required - LaMarsh, Procsi, ACMP (CCMP), or other similar organizational change management certifications.
- Knowledge of Change Management processes and tools is required.
- Project Management experience and knowledge is nice to have, but not required.
- Superior communications skills are required.
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
- Strategic thinking and being able to take a high level view and combine with granular details will be vital to successful execution of change projects.
- Experience in Organizational Change Management is necessary.
- 5 years of experience working in Organizational Change Management
- 2 Year degree required
- Communication, execution, and leading without authority
- Change Management certification is ideal, but not required - LaMarsh, Procsi, ACMP (CCMP), or other similar organizational change management certifications.
- Project management experience
