Description:

As a Purchasing / Contract Professional you will :-

• Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
• Draft, revise and edit contractual documents
• Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
• Resolve contract compliance issues
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team
• Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
• Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements
• Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks

MUST HAVE SKILLS: -

• Contract Management / Research
• Microsoft Office
• Telecommunications / Real Estate Contracting

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Paralegal

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• College Degree preferred
• Paralegal

The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of Contract Management, Paralegal and Telecommunications / Real Estate Contracting.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: <Between $50 per hour > OR $55 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
