Aditi Consulting is Hiring a Regulatory Affairs Senior Associate Near Thousand Oaks, CA
Job Summary:This role requires a technical-minded individual to identify, develop, test and publish solutions using Walk Me software to reduce user friction in the RIM (Veeva RIM) system on which it overlays. This involves working with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify User requirements and process pain points, collaboratively brainstorm solutions, and develop, test and publish these solutions to the production environment.

Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process. AI technology is used to gather data only and does not replace human-based decision making in employment decisions.
Key Activities:
- Collaborate and brainstorm with Project Managers and Business SMEs to identify solutions to user stories / requirements
- Develop Solutions in the Walk Me Content Editor
- Perform Quality Assurance Testing on solutions
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycle(s) with Business SMEs
- Publish solutions into the production environment and perform any final validation checks
- Communicate development of solutions with Project Managers and Business SMEs verbally and written.
- Administrator/ Developer experience for Veeva Vault, Vault RIM, Walk Me (nice to have but, not required), SharePoint
- Pharma Industry project experience as a technical developer

- Broad technical knowledge within own specialty area
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Sway)
- Pharma Industry Experience, preferred
- Experience working with WalkMe software (walkme.com) for customers and Veeva Systems platform/ Veeva Vault / Vault RIM
- Microsoft SharePoint Developer Experience; creating customized SharePoint solutions for front-end use while meeting company design and functionality requirements. Maintain and update current SharePoint applications. Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
- Experience working on projects in a team environment
