Tell me about your background / team / department and how your team impacts the broader organization: This role will sit within the Digital Marketing Operations and Insights Center of Excellence. The team is responsible for advising the marketing organization on digital marketing and marketing operations best practices, owning the MarTech strategy, and delivering reporting and analytics to demonstrate marketing ROI and enable campaign effectiveness.
Describe the role and the key responsibilities of the role (Tell me about a day in the life of the person in this new role): This role will be responsible for defining the key components of a comprehensive marketing performance measurement framework, including revenue and non-revenue value measures – translating existing, but disparate, analyses of brand equity, customer experience, and sentiment into composite scores or indices that can deliver actionable insights to executive leadership in the form of a quarterly dashboard.
What would you say are the top 3 must-have skills you're looking for? (Measurable skills, technologies, etc.)
1. Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing measurement frameworks and methodologies, analytics and reporting
2. Self-starter, resourceful, and entrepreneurial; comfortable working with ambiguity and developing a new model / approach.
3. Expertise in defining measurement strategies, developing dashboards and data visualization tools.
Describe the essential years of experience and/or education (or certification) requirements the candidates must have: Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing performance analysis
What does your interview process look like? (How many interviews? What will the interview look like, such as phone, in person, panel – how many members, etc)? Up to 3 interviews, with 1 panel of up to 3
Additional Comments/Notes - Focus on outside of revenue contribution, but other key metrics for Exec Level reporting dashboard
