Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, customers, data owners and engineers to develop and evolve a platform to improve the speed of delivery of integrations.
• Design/Develop/Engineer scalable, observable, to deliver and sustainable integration pipelines with the goal of delivering value through data and system integrations.
• Dive deep into the data for source and target systems to understand how the integration will deliver business value, map the data and develop the integration.
• Apply the latest research and industry trends to build best in class enterprise integrations.
• Build solution prototypes and conduct experiments to evaluate alternatives.
• Mentor and coach fellow and junior engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years experience in design and development of cloud native solutions, micro-services and backend systems
• 5 years experience designing, building, deploying, operating, and scaling distributed systems
• 3 years of hand on experience in Enterprise Integration platform services such as MuleSoft, Boomi etc.
• 3 years experience in designing/building event-driven and real-time integrations
• Experience with API Management (APIM) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of modern programming languages such as Java, Go or Rust
• Advanced level SQL and scripting (Python/Bash etc.) skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Desired:

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar analytical field.
