Training Content Developer
Duration: 24 months
Location: Wichita, KS
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Content Development: Manage multiple training projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Content Creation: Develop, edit, and produce training media (videos, audio, photography) and written materials tailored to the needs of dealership parts professionals, company personnel, and customers.
- Instructional Design: Utilize adult learning principles and sound instructional design methodologies to determine and develop the most effective training methods and media.
- Content Evaluation & Modification: Continuously assess training effectiveness and make necessary modifications to content, delivery, or environment based on feedback and evaluation findings.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Present project details, content, and timelines to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Training Delivery: Occasionally serve as an instructor to deliver training content to dealer and employees.
- Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, outside vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive training programs that meet diverse needs.
- Content Management: Maintain an electronic repository of learning content objects and data files, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Process Improvement: Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement within the training development process.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- Strong background in Agriculture, Automotive, Marketing, or Training Development.
- Experience with Articulate, video creation, creative projects, and editing.

Compensation
This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $30 - $35 (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
