Responsibilities:
- Write best-in-class, mobile-first UX content that is clear, concise, and empathetic to our diverse global audience of Client’s customers.
- Iterate using data-informed decisions, reviewing customer feedback to inform your writing.
- Lead content strategy on highly complex, high-profile team initiatives.
- Work in close collaboration with UX designers and other stakeholders, primarily in Figma.
- Awareness of best practices in localization and accessibility, and how to apply them to your UX writing to ensure success.
- Update and maintain content libraries and frameworks.
- This role requires 5 years of professional UX writing / content strategy experience, preferably in B2C ecommerce spaces.
- Tech experience
