Looking for Experienced Budtender for Part time position at a new Dispensary in Eugene. Strong possibility of going full time in the near future. Must have OLCC permit.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
- Operate point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Familiarity with technology sales or wireless sales is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
