The Levis JCC Betty & Marvin Zale Early Childhood Learning Center is currently hiring a part-time Music Teacher. This position plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children. These activities are designed to promote social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. Assumes responsibility for the safety of an assigned group of children. Assists in other programs as they relate to Zale Early Childhood Learning Center and the Adolph and Rose Levis Jewish Community Center.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or child development or specialized training in early childhood or child development and Staff Credential Verification
• 4 years successful experience in child development preferred
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in a thoughtful and thorough manner
• Ability to manage issues involving classroom situations in a professional, calm, and effective manner
