Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments, do patient recalls, and call patients for appointment reminders
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role

- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in general office software
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong proofreading skills for correspondence and documents
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Experience in project coordination is beneficial
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
