Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our cabinet manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within the cabinetry or woodworking industry, coupled with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Supervision: Lead and manage the production team.
• Production Planning: Enforce production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications through rigorous inspection and testing.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely procurement and minimal stock shortages.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits, and addressing any potential hazards.
• Budget Management: Manage production budgets, monitor expenses, and strive to achieve cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the production process to the customer.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the cabinet or woodworking industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
