PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: 

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Compiles and validates weekly impress fund submissions, prepares payment requests and journal entries.
• Validates weekly travel and purchase card transactions and prepares related journal entries.
• Exports daily bank reports and prepares daily bank deposit log.
• Exports daily credit card reports and assist in preparation of daily audit of credit card settlements; ensuring credit card batch is processed and received daily.
• Assists in Investigation of variances in credit card settlements to determine cause and corrective action needed.
• Prepares assigned general ledger journal entries.
• Assists in other accounting projects, analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis.
• Utilizes computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Infogenesis, LMS, Clientline, Blackline, and Infinium General Ledger.
• Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
