As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will juggle multiple responsibilities to execute the finer details of our complex business. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: 
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Balance daily activity to individual shift close reports
• Prepare and mail general billing to customers
• Perform bill reviews with groups
• Process credit card charges/refunds for guest inquires and disputes
• Research and respond to all credit card retrieval and chargeback inquiries
• Research and respond to customer inquiries pertaining to hotel, food and beverage, spa, and entertainment
• Prepare and track group deposit invoices and process deposit payments as they are received
• Process travel agent commissions in preparation for payment to travel agents
• Prepare and mail/upload wholesale billing
• Notify the supervisor of problematic situations as they become known
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
