Aquatic Solutions, LLC, a local swimming pool service, renovation, and Construction company is seeking an experienced Swimming Pool Technician. We provide a large range of swimming pool service, renovations, construction and retail sales.

The ideal candidate for a Swimming Pool Technician will possess the following minimum requirements:

• Previous experience in the pool industry as a Swimming Pool Technician and familiarity with pool components and water chemistry. Ideally APSP certified with 2 years experience (This is a significant plus but not a prerequisite to apply for the position)
• A valid license, good driving record, and clean background check (required for consideration)
• A work experience record that demonstrates consistency and dependability to previous employers
• An inclination for mechanical work, enjoying working with hand tools and able to methodically troubleshoot basic pool system failures, ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs., and be of general good health
• Personality of a self-starter, motivated to learn skills to complete work efficiently, and be able to complete work based on ethical business practices, and good workmanship
• A positive, upbeat personality that enjoys interaction with customers and develops strong, helpful relationships with coworkers
• Ability to manage and assistant/helper in a professional, team minded manner and provide on the job training when necessary
• Organizational skills exhibited by attention to detail
• Willing to provide quality work in all areas of the business including general shop/van upkeep, and weekly pool maintenance
• Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays seasonally and be flexible with workday and weekend finish time. Sundays, and Holiday weekends WE NEVER WORK.
• Desire to grow with a quickly expanding company, with interest to advance with company growth
