Knowledge of Salesforce\'s Client 360features, including Customer 360 Data Manager, Customer 360 Identity, andCustomer 360 Privacy Center, to enable a unified view of customer data, ensuredata quality, and maintain compliance with privacy regulations.
Ability to leverage Salesforce\'s Datacloudand Client 360 capabilities to drive personalized experiences, improve customerinsights, and optimize business processes for clients and internal serviceassociates.
Experience integrating Slack withSalesforce to streamline communication, collaboration, and workflows, enablingteams to work more efficiently and effectively within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Summary Of Key Skills/Attributes1Salesforce expertise: Deep knowledge andhands-on experience with Salesforce CRM solutions, particularly Service Cloud,Datacloud, and Client 360 features.
