salary Ads That Disrupt has had an overwhelming response and we need another hyper-driven, autonomous, money-motivated individual to help sell our digital marketing solutions to the business owners who need them most! You will be charged with managing the sales process from the initial call (yes, well provide the leads) to closing the business with new prospects. Youll be a part of a consultative sales process that requires diagnosing the problems of these businesses while engaging with their executives and mid- to senior management.

**Overview:**

Our Business Development Representatives often challenge our prospects with new ideas and ways in which our portfolio of data-driven digital marketing solutions will lead to business growth and increased revenue. You will be evaluated on your ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets. After closing business, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for ensuring a smooth turnover to our account management team members, who will maintain the client relationship and deliver ATDs award-winning services.

**Responsibilities:**

* Take inbound sales calls, build relationships with the prospects, understand and diagnose their digital marketing problems, and finally, suggest & sell the right solution to help these businesses achieve their marketing and/or revenue goals.

* Prepare for and deliver relevant sales presentations via Pitch (Google Slides, PowerPoint equivalent)

* Manage the complete sales process across all stages and document activity in our CRM

* Collaborate with multiple team members within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

* CLOSE the business

**About You:**

* Money-motivated individual seeking advancement within a growing company and industry

* Autonomous with the desire to build your own relationships and close your own deals

* Sales experience required, social media marketing experience preferred (Primarily Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok)

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

* Positive attitude with a nothing-can-stop-me mentality
