The ideal candidate should be experienced in:
  • Developing strategic marketing plans based on solid research.
  • Driving the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Identifying good creative design and copy
  • Contributing creative ideas or solutions for content development
  • Managing budgets and expenditures.
  • Maintaining brand standards across all communications channels.

  • Has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and advertising or related industry.
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar relevant field (an MA degree is preferred).
  • Has outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of market research.
  • Has a sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on a company’s success.
  • Is a critical thinker who can solve business problems.
  • Is a true collaborator, eager to join a diverse community of creative professionals from all marketing disciplines.
  • Has good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Has the ability to manage/mentor team members to meet client/company goals
  • Has a solid foundation in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Has a strong understanding of web development principles and how digital media works.
