We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This position plays a pivotal role in the human resources function, ensuring the effective and efficient administration of HR operations.
You will be responsible for coordinating various HR-related processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee recognition programs, HR communications, talent development, HR reporting, compliance initiatives and events. In addition, Senior HR Coordinator will be providing direction and resolve various HR inquiries.
Our “ideal candidate” is an individual who has 3 years experience in a role supporting Human Resources teams and projects
*** Hybrid Role- This position is primarily remote, with travel to our meet for group events in Chicago on occasion. ***
